摘 要:以某吊杆拱桥为研究对象,基于车辆动态称重系统(WIM)监测数据,建立了适用于该桥不同通行状况的车辆荷载模型。通过有限元数值模拟,分析了桥梁在不中断交通条件下更换吊杆时的受力状态,根据构件的实际抗力计算得到主拱肋、吊杆和钢主梁在极端情况下的安全系数,对不同工况下桥梁换索施工的安全性进行了评估。结果表明:主拱肋对于换索时的通行状况、是否新增纵梁等变化并不敏感,且安全系数均满足要求;吊杆和钢主梁受新增纵梁、通行状况影响较大,需通过新增纵梁加强桥面系的整体性等措施保证施工安全。Taking an arch bridge with suspender as the research object,the vehicle load model suitable for different traffic conditions of the bridge is established based on the monitoring data of the vehicle dynamic weighing system(WIM).Through the finite element numerical simulation,the stress state of the bridge during the suspender replacement under the condition of uninterrupted traffic is analyzed,the safety factors of the main arch rib,suspender and steel girder under extreme conditions are calculated according to the actual resistance of the components,and the safety of the bridge cable replacement construction under different working conditions is evaluated.The results show that:the main arch rib is not sensitive to changes such as the traffic condition and whether the new longitudinal girder is added during the cable replacement,and the safety factor meets the requirement.The suspender and the steel girder are greatly affected by the new longitudinal girder and the traffic situation,and it is necessary to ensure the construction safety by adding the longitudinal girder to strengthen the integrity of the bridge deck system and other measures.
