摘　　要：当前,我国城市化进程正进入高质量发展的新阶段,城市的中心商务区成为企业总部大楼汇集之地。如何结合特定的基地和环境,创作出代表企业形象的总部大楼,成为建筑师面临的一个重要课题。以片仔癀科技大楼创作为例,从企业文化及建筑需求、基地及环境分析、设计构思及总体布局、平面及空间创意、建筑造型分析等方面展开探讨。梳理功能复合型企业总部大楼“因地而生”的设计实践,为企业总部大楼设计提供参考。At present,China's urbanization process has entered a new stage of high-quality development,and the city's central business district has become a gathering place of enterprise headquarters buildings.How to combine the specific base and environment to create the headquarters building representing the corporate image has become an important subject for architects.This paper takes the creation of Pien Tze Huang Technology Building as an example,and this paper focuses on the aspects of corporate culture and architectural needs,base and environment analysis,design conception and overall layout,plane and space creativity,and architectural modeling analysis.It sorts out the design practice of"born to the place"of the functional complex enterprise headquarters building.Provide a reference for the design of the corporate headquarters building.
