摘　　要：应用回归法测试油脂主要为矿物油脂和植物油脂的2组样品,涂抹样品7天、14天验证产品保湿性,同时测试停用产品4天、7天、14天后产品保湿效果。研究发现,涂抹样品7天、14天后皮肤角质层水含量显著提升,皮肤经皮水分流失显著降低;停用样品7天后皮肤角质层含水量在洗脱期结束的基础上仍然保持显著升高,仍然具有保湿效果;停用样品14天后皮肤经皮水分流失在洗脱期结束后的基础上显著降低,仍然具有较好的锁住肌肤水分的功效。油脂为植物油脂的样品经皮水分流失平均值变化率提升趋势低于矿物油脂组,表明植物油脂能更好修护皮肤屏障,为后续开发同类产品提供参考。The regression method was applied to test the two groups of samples mainly composed of mineral oil and vegetable oil.The moisturizing properties of the products were verified by applying the samples for 7 days and 14 days,as well as after stopping the products for 4 days,7 days and 14 days.It was found that the water content of the stratum corneum was significantly increased and the transepidermal water loss of the skin was significantly reduced after 7 days and 14 days.After 7 days of stopping the samples,the water content of the stratum corneum still maintained a significant increase on the basis of the end of the washout period,and it still had a moisturizing effect.After 14 days of stopping the samples,the transepidermal water loss of the skin was significantly reduced on the basis of the end of the washout period,and it still had a good effect of locking skin water.Among them,the average change rate of transepidermal water loss of vegetable oil samples was lower than that of the mineral oil group,indicating that vegetable oil can better repair skin barrier,and providing reference for the subsequent development of similar products.
