摘 要:采用Anton Paar MCR 302流变仪,研究了CMC、黄原胶、HEC、羟丙基瓜尔胶、I-卡拉胶等5种增稠剂在纯水和甘油/水混合溶剂中的流变特性。这5种增稠剂都属于非牛顿流体,具有剪切稀化、触变性特性;随甘油浓度增加,5种增稠剂溶液黏度均增大、结构恢复变慢、内部结构增强、刚性增大;在甘油水溶液中,加热后,它们的黏度均会显著增加。黄原胶具有屈服应力,悬浮性能比其他4种增稠剂好。经剪切后,羟丙基瓜尔胶、黄原胶和HEC结构恢复较慢,CMC和I-卡拉胶的结构恢复快。The rheological properties of five thickeners used in the toothpaste,such as CMC,Xanthan,HEC,Hydroxyproyl guar and I-carrageenan,in the 0%and 60%glycerin-water mixed solvents were investigated by Anton Paar MCR 302 Rheometer in this paper.Results showed that the five thickeners in different solvents were the pseudoplastic fluids with shear thinning and thixotropic properties.With the increase of glycerol concentration,the viscosity of their solutions increases gradually,the recovery of structures becomes slow.the internal structures are enhanced and their rigidities increase.After high temperature treatment,their viscosity in the 60%glycerol aqueous solution increases significantly.Comparing with the other four thickeners,xanthan has yield stress and better suspension performance.After shearing,the structures of Xanthan,HEC and Hydroxyproyl guar recovery more slowly,and the structures of CMC and I-carrageenan recovery more quickly.
