钱穆朱子文学研究刍议

摘  要:钱穆站在中国思想文化史的宏观上研究朱子的三大文学著作、文学理论和创作。认为朱子会通经学、史学和理学而治文学,《诗集传》《楚辞集注》《韩文考异》为文学研究找到一条文道融合之路。朱子的文学理论继承了以“言志”为标志的儒家诗学,其文道合一论要求诗文既有艺术魅力,又有教化意义;“比兴”观要求义理与诗文遘合,使诗歌具有感发人的情感和道德功能。认为朱子之诗具有高古淳雅的格调,合唐、宋诗之长,可以消除理学与文学之间的壁垒。钱穆还编纂《理学六家诗钞》以纠正世人对理学家的偏见,认为理学诗境界近“道”,朱子的文学成就彰显了中国古代诗学的政教属性和有益于社会人生的正面价值,最符合传统文化“融和合一”之精神。Qian Mu studied Zhu Zi's three major literary works,literary theories and creative writing from the macro perspective of Chinese thought and cultural history.He believed that Zhu Zi would study literature through the combination of classics,history and Neo-confucianism.The Biography of Poetry,Notes on Chuci,Textual Research in Han Yu's Articles,had found a way for literary studies to integrate literature and Taoism.Zhu Xi's literary theory had inherited the Confucian poetics marked by'expressing one's will'.His theory of the unity of literature and Taoism required that poetry and prose had both artistic charm and educational significance.The“BI Xing”concept combined argumentation with poetry and makes poetry have the function of touching people's emotion and morality.Qian Mu thought Zhu Xi's poetry had a high quaint quality which had the merits of Tang and Song poetry,so that can eliminated the barrier between neo-confucianism and literature.Qian Mu also edited'the Six Notes of Neo-confucianism'to corrected the world's prejudice against neo-confucianism.He thought that neo-confucianism was close to'Tao'.He believed that Zhu Xi's literary achievements reflected the political and religious nature of ancient Chinese poetics and the positive value of benefiting social life that were most in line with the spirit of“Integration”of traditional culture.
