摘　　要：地方高校教育向应用型转变的背景下,如何增强大学生创新创业的综合能力,培养应用技术技能型人才,全面提高地方高校服务区域经济和社会发展水平,是地方高校面临并亟待解决的问题。通过创新创业教育的培养模式、师资力量、学创融合度、实践能力、实践平台这5个方面分析地方高校在大学生创新创业过程中存在的问题。同时,以武夷学院茶与食品学院为例,阐述地方高校如何有效解决大学生创新创业培养过程中存在的问题及所采用的措施。旨在为其他地方高校创新创业工作的开展提供参考,以促进大学生创新创业能力的提升,以更好地服务于地方经济和社会发展。Under the background of the transformation of local college education to application-oriented,how to enhance the comprehensive ability of college students'innovation and entrepreneurship,cultivate talents with applied technology and skills,and comprehensively improve the level of local colleges and universities to serve the regional economy and social development is a problem faced by local colleges and universities and needs to be solved urgently.The study analyzes the problems of local colleges and universities in the process of innovation and entrepreneurship cultivation of college students from five aspects,including the cultivation mode,faculty strength,the degree of integration of learning and creation,the practical ability,and the practical platform.At the same time,taking college of tea and food,Wuyi university as an example,it elaborates how local colleges and universities can effectively solve the problems and measures adopted in the process of innovation and entrepreneurship training of college students.The purpose of the study is to provide reference for the development of innovation and entrepreneurship in local colleges and universities to enhance college students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability,so as to better serve the local economic and social development.
