摘 要:目的:探讨分析医校合作模式下的心理治疗在抑郁高职生治疗中的应用价值及对自杀意念、应对方式、社会功能、睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取我院于2022年4月至2023年10月收治的60例来自萍乡卫生职业学院的抑郁症在校生,随机分为药物组与合作组各30例。两组学生均于2023年10月开始治疗,周期均为12 w,药物组予以及舍曲林治疗及常规心理治疗,合作组在其基础上联合基于医校合作模式下的折衷心理疗法。比较两组学生治疗后临床疗效,治疗前后自杀意念[青少年自杀意念量表(Positive and Negative Suicide Ideation,PANSI)]、应对方式[简易应对方式问卷(Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire,SCSQ)]、社会功能[个人和社会功能量表(the Personal and Social Performance scale,PSP)]、睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(Pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI)],不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后合作组临床总有效率高于药物组(P<0.05);治疗后两组PANSI评分、SCSQ/消极应对评分、PSQI评分较治疗前均降低,且合作组低于药物组(P<0.05);治疗后两组SCSQ/积极应对评分、PSP评分较治疗前均上升,且合作组高于药物组(P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率无显著差异。结论:医校合作模式下的心理治疗在抑郁高职生治疗中临床疗效显著,能有效纠正抑郁症高职生自杀态度与应对方式,提高其社会功能与睡眠质量,并减少药物不良反应。Objective:To analyze the application value of psychotherapy under the medical school cooperation model in the treatment of depression among vocational college students,as well as its impact on suicidal ideation,coping styles,social function,and sleep quality.Methods:Sixty depression students from Pingxiang Health Vocational College were selected and randomly divided into a medication group and a cooperative group,with 30 cases in each group.The drug group was treated with sertraline,while the cooperative group was received a combination of compromise psychotherapy based on the medical school cooperation model.The clinical efficacy,suicidal ideation(PANSI),coping strategies(SCSQ),social function(PSP),sleep quality(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)),and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The total clinical effective rate of the cooperative group after treatment was higher than that of the drug group(P<0.05);After treatment,the PANSI score,SCSQ/negative coping score,and PSQI score of both groups decreased compared to before treatment,and the cooperative group was lower than the drug group(P<0.05);After treatment,the SCSQ/positive coping score and PSP score of both groups increased,and these indexes in the cooperative group were higher than those in the drug group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion:Psychological therapy under the medical school cooperation model has significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of depression among vocational college students.It can effectively correct suicidal attitudes and coping styles of depression vocational college students,improve their social function and sleep quality,and reduce adverse drug reactions.
