摘　　要：从20世纪末开始,国内外广泛展开了利用旧工业遗存塑造城市文化创意场所的城市空间转型实践,引起了广泛的学术和社会关注。近年来,艺术氛围薄弱、资金不足的国内非一线城市也开始推动旧工业区向城市文化创意空间转型,形成了一系列有益探索和积极经验,但相关的研究却不足。本文选取较为成功的合肥合柴1972项目为案例,系统地分析了该项目政企合作的转型模式、多尺度新旧结合的更新手法以及艺术介入和多元活动的运营策略,从而为后续其他非一线城市的实践提供参考。Since the end of the20th century,both domestically and internationally,there has been a wide range of practices aimed at repurposing old industrial remnants into urban cultural and creative spaces to facilitate urban spatial transformation.This phenomenon has garnered significant academic and societal attention.In recent years,even non-first-tier cities in China,characterized by limited artistic vibrancy and financial resources,have initiated efforts to transform old industrial areas into urban cultural creative spaces,yielding valuable insights and positive experiences.This paper selects the relatively successful Hefei 1972 project as a case study,comprehensively examining its transformation model through government-enterprise collaboration,its multi-scale approaches to blending old and new elements,as well as its strategies for artistic intervention and diverse activities.This study aims to provide reference points for subsequent related practices in other cities.
