摘　　要：在数字经济浪潮下,数字化转型已经成为企业实现高质量发展的重要驱动。基于2007—2021年中国A股制造业上市公司数据,从理论层面与实证角度分析数字化转型对企业高质量发展的影响。研究发现,数字化转型显著促进企业高质量发展。经过一系列的稳健性检验与内生性检验后,结论依旧成立。机制分析发现,数字化转型通过提高企业创新水平、强化企业竞争力和增强企业营运能力推动企业高质量发展。异质性分析发现,数字化转型对企业高质量发展的影响效果在非国有企业和非东部地区的样本中更明显。该研究为理解数字化战略的发展效果提供了经验证据,也为企业实现高质量发展水平提供了一条有效路径。Under the wave of digital economy,digital transformation has become an important driver for enterprises to achieve high-quality development.Based on the data of China’s A-share manufacturing listed companies from 2007 to 2021,the impact of digital transformation on the high-quality development of enterprises was analyzed from the theoretical and empirical perspectives.The results show that digital transformation significantly promotes the high-quality development of enterprises.After a series of robustness tests and endogeneity tests,the conclusion is still valid.Mechanism analysis finds that digital transformation promotes the high-quality development of enterprises by improving the level of enterprise innovation,strengthening enterprise competitiveness and enhancing enterprise operation capabilities.Heterogeneity analysis shows that the impact of digital transformation on the high-quality development of enterprises was more obvious in the samples of non-state-owned enterprises and non-eastern regions.The study aims to provide empirical evidence for understanding the development effect of digital strategy,and provide an effective path for enterprises to achieve high-quality development.
