摘　　要：新时代党建引领高校“一站式”学生社区建设是学习贯彻习近平总书记关于教育的重要论述的生动举措,也是高校辅导员深入推进思想政治工作的重要抓手,遵循着高校实现立德树人根本任务的目标价值、将党组织建成战斗堡垒的时代意义、思想政治教育培育人才的现实需求。在实现从教学场所向社区场地深入开展党建工作和思想政治工作重要突破的同时,仍面临制度、形式、成效等方面的不足,需要加强制度建设、优化功能设计、提高示范效应,加快构建高校“一站式”学生社区党建工作模式的新格局,切实提升学生社区育人实效性。The leadership of Party building in the new era in the construction of"one-stop"student communities in universities is a vivid measure to study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discourse on education.It is also an important lever for university counselors to deeply promote ideological and political work,following the goal value of universities to achieve the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents,the significance of building party organizations into battle fortresses,and the practical needs of cultivating talents through ideological and political education.While achieving significant breakthroughs in carrying out party building and ideological and political work from teaching venues to community venues,there are still shortcomings in terms of system,form,and effectiveness.It is necessary to strengthen institutional construction,optimize functional design,improve demonstration effects,accelerate the construction of a new pattern of"one-stop"student community party building work mode in universities,and effectively enhance the effectiveness of student community education.
