摘　　要：学习型党组织作为党的基层组织的一种新形式,在新时代的国家发展战略中具有重要地位。高校是为国家和社会培养德才兼备的优秀人才的重要阵地,高校学习型党组织建设对高校人才培养工作的落实具有重要作用,能够更好地培养高校党员干部,正确引导高校意识形态,推动高校科研创新。在新媒体时代背景下,高校充分发挥新媒体的优势,为学习型党组织建设添砖加瓦,显得尤为重要。高校应针对新媒体环境下高校学习型党组织建设面临的现实挑战,采取以下有效策略,加强学习型党组织建设:利用新媒体平台开展线上学习,通过新媒体创新学习渠道与内容,推动线上线下互动融合,构建完善的评估与反馈机制,开展党建共建工作。Learning oriented party organizations,as a new form of grassroots party organizations,play an important role in the national development strategy of the new era.Colleges and universities are important platforms for cultivating outstanding talents with both moral integrity and professional competence for the country and society.The construction of learning oriented party organizations in colleges and universities plays an important role in the implementation of talent cultivation work,which can better cultivate party members and cadres in colleges and universities,correctly guide the ideology of colleges and universities,and promote scientific research and innovation in colleges and universities.In the context of the new media era,it is particularly important for universities to fully leverage the advantages of new media and contribute to the construction of learning oriented party organizations.Colleges and universities should adopt the following effective strategies to strengthen the construction of learning oriented party organizations in response to the practical challenges faced by the construction of learning oriented party organizations in the new media environment:using new media platforms to carry out online learning,innovating learning channels and content through new media,promoting the integration of online and offline interaction,constructing a sound evaluation and feedback mechanism,and carrying out party building and co construction work.
