摘  要:采用气相色谱法测定黄瓜中敌敌畏残留量,根据《测量不确定度评定与表示》(JJF 1059.1—2012)的要求对测定过程进行分析,找出影响测量结果的不确定度因素,并对各个不确定度分量进行合成,计算扩展不确定度。结果表明,当黄瓜试样中敌敌畏残留量为0.181 mg·kg^(-1)时,扩展不确定度为0.017 mg·kg^(-1)(k=2),其中标准曲线拟合引入的不确定度最大,其次为标准溶液赋值。检验检测机构在进行农药残留检测时应重视仪器维护、标物采购以及人员能力监控、期间核查等质量控制工作。The residual amount of dichlorvos in cucumber was determined by gas chromatography.The determination process was analyzed according to the requirements of JJF 1059.1—2012,and the uncertainty factors affecting the measurement results were identified.Each component of uncertainty is synthesized,and the overall extended uncertainty is computed.The results showed that when the residual amount of dichlorvos in cucumber samples was 0.181 mg·kg^(-1),the extended uncertainty was 0.017 mg·kg^(-1)(k=2),with the highest uncertainty introduced by standard curve fitting,followed by standard solution assignment.Inspection and testing institutions should pay attention to quality control work such as instrument maintenance,standard procurement,personnel capability monitoring,and periodic verification when conducting pesticide residue testing.
