摘　　要：开放教育模式与社会工作实践的结合,让社会工作专业教育更加实用和高效。内蒙古开放大学社会工作专业在建设过程中强调社会责任感,注重对学生职业能力的培养,突出民族和地区特点,强调跨学科和综合性,具备一定的示范作用。构建开放教育模式下社工专业体系应做好建设目标与规划,优化课程设置,重视教师团队建设,深度开展“一村一名大学生计划”社会工作专业建设项目,做好教学管理与质量保障,以进一步推动社会工作的职业化和专业化。The combination of open education model and practice of social work makes the education of social work major more pragmatic and efficient.The construction of social work major emphasizes the sense of social responsibility,the cultivation of students’professional capacity,the prominence of ethnic and regional characteristics,and the interdisciplinary and comprehensive nature,which exhibits a certain demonstrative effect.In constructing the system of social work major in the open education model,it’s essential to establish clear construction objectives and plans,emphasize the development of teaching team,implement the“One Village,One College Student Program”that is the project of social work major,and ensure teaching management and quality,so as to make social work much more professional and specific.
