我国西南民族地区乡村环境数字治理探析

摘　　要：以数字技术赋能乡村环境治理,可以有效提高乡村环境治理水平。构建“结构—过程—目标”的分析范式,对我国西南民族地区的乡村环境数字治理实践进行梳理与阐释,从治理主体、治理过程及治理目标三个方面探析当前数字技术与西南民族地区乡村环境治理嵌合不足的问题,并提出实现深度嵌合的路径,进而提高西南民族地区的乡村环境治理效能。Empowering rural environmental governance with digital technology can effectively improve the level of rural environmental governance.This paper constructs an analytical paradigm of“structure-process-goal”to sort out and elaborate on the practices of rural environmental digital governance in the ethnic areas of Southwest China,analyzes the current problems of insufficient integration between digital technology and rural environmental governance in terms of governance subject,governance process and governance goals,and proposes a way to achieve deep integration,thereby improving the efficiency of rural environmental governance in the ethnic areas of Southwest China.
