摘 要:对于上颌骨后部失牙伴牙槽嵴高度严重不足的患者,翼上颌区种植技术提供了一种可供选择的方案。翼上颌区种植是指种植体经过上颌结节,穿过腭骨椎突到达蝶骨翼突部分的皮质骨。该方案的技术敏感性较高,需要术者熟悉该区域的解剖结构,并进行适当的种植手术设计,因此了解相关的风险因素并运用相应控制措施,对于改善患者最终修复效果至关重要。伴随数字化技术的发展,影像学、导板和动态导航等技术的发展,其在口腔临床中的应用愈加广泛,也为翼上颌区种植提供了新的助力。本文对翼上颌区种植修复的风险因素及控制措施进行综述。Pterygomaxillary implant technique provides an alternative for patients with posterior maxillary tooth loss and severe lack of alveolar ridge height.Pterygomaxillary implant refers to the surgeon who places the implant through the maxillary tubercle and reaches the pterygoid process of the sphenoid bone.The technical sensitivity of this scheme is high,and it is necessary to be familiar with the anatomical structure of the area and to design appropriate implant surgery,so it is very important to understand the relevant risk factors and to use corresponding control measures to improve the final repair effect of patients.With the development of digital technology and imaging,guide plate and dynamic navigation technology,it is more and more widely used in oral clinics,providing a new boost for pterygomaxillary implant.This article reviews the risk factors and improvement measures for implant repair in the pterygomaxillary region.
