摘　　要：《金匮要略方论本义》为清代医学家、易学家魏荔彤所作,是其研读《金匮要略》数十年的心得,在历代《金匮要略》注本中以“深入”见称。魏荔彤以《易经》释医,从太极生万物、阴阳等易学理论阐释中医天人合一、阴阳互根互用等哲学基础,注解《金匮要略》疾病诊断和防治原理;参合《黄帝内经》,对疾病的病因病机、辨证论治和方药分析鞭辟入里,成为以《黄帝内经》注《金匮要略》的第一人。字斟句酌的注解特点令全书详明而有层次,专于于无字处极深研究,锐意发挥,整体观念和治未病思想多有体现。其学术思想可为后学研究《金匮要略》提供借鉴。The Original Meaning of Synopsis of Golden Chamber was written by WEI Litong,a medical scientist and Yi scholar in the Qing Dynasty,who studied the Synopsis of Golden Chamber for decades and was known as“profound”in the annotated versions of the Synopsis of Golden Chamber.WEI Litong interprets medicine from the I Ching,explains the philosophical basis of traditional Chinese medicine such as unity of human and nature,and interdependent and mutually promoting of yin and yang,notes the principles of disease diagnosis,prevention and treatment in the Synopsis of Golden Chamber from Tai Chi producing all things,yin and yang,and other theories of Yi study.He was the first person to annotate the Synopsis of Golden Chamber with the Huangdi's Canon of Internal Medicine through analyzing the etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and treatment,and medication of diseases.The characteristic of careful annotation makes this book detailed and hierarchical,focusing on the profound study in the absence of words,reflecting thoughts of holism and prevention of diseases.His academic thoughts can provide reference for later studies of the Synopsis of Golden Chamber.
