高次谐波下电容器组差压保护误动分析

摘  要:新型电力机车运行带来高次谐波丰富的电气特性,干线铁路牵引变电所电容器差动电压频繁超过保护动作值造成差压保护误动,对铁路运输秩序产生严重干扰。通过分析高频条件下计及寄生电感的电容器组差压输出值频率变化规律及电容器组差压值和阻抗差值特性,基于现场数据对差压输出值进行统计分析,研究差压幅值的频谱特性,探讨电容器组差压保护误动作的解决方案;在此基础上提出二次回路并联阻容滤波电路的方案,通过仿真验证了所提方案可有效降低高次谐波下的差压幅值,从而有效抑制差压保护误动作。The operation of new electric locomotives brings rich electrical characteristics of high-order harmonics,and the differential voltage of capacitors in traction substation of mainline railway frequently exceeds the protection action value,causing misoperation of differential protection and seriously interfering with the orders of railway transportation.By analyzing the frequency regularities of variation of the differential voltage output value of the capacitor bank considering parasitic inductance under high-frequency conditions,as well as the characteristics of the differential voltage value and impedance difference of the capacitor bank,based on the on-site data,statistical analysis of differential voltage output values is carried out to study the spectral characteristics of differential voltage amplitude and explore the solution to the misoperation of differential voltage protection of capacitor bank.With this as the basis,a scheme of secondary circuit parallel impedance capacitance filtering circuit is put forward,and the proposed scheme is verified through simulation to effectively reduce the differential voltage amplitude under high-order harmonics,thereby effectively suppressing the misoperation of differential voltage protection.
