企业外事管理数字化转型的未来发展

摘　　要：当前,随着全球数字化技术的快速发展,企业在数字经济时代面临着前所未有的机遇与挑战。数字经济时代的企业外事管理已经从传统的线下服务向线上服务转变,企业外事管理数字化转型已经成为必然趋势。本文以上海振华重工集团为例,通过对企业数字化时代的数字经济特点进行分析,提出了企业数字化时代外事管理转型的必要性、紧迫性和可行性,并对未来外事管理发展趋势进行展望。At present,with the rapid development of global digital technology,enterprises are facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges in the era of digital economy.In the era of digital economy,the enterprise foreign affairs management has changed from traditional offline services to online services,and the digital transformation of enterprise foreign affairs management has become an inevitable trend.Taking Shanghai Zhenhua Heavy Industry Group as an example,this paper analyzes the characteristics of digital economy in the digital era of enterprises,puts forward the necessity,urgency and feasibility of the transformation of foreign affairs management in the digital era,and looks forward to the future development trend of foreign affairs management.
