摘  要:PFMEA技术当前广泛应用于工业化大批量制造,在航空制造领域的应用尚不深入。本文应用PFMEA技术对航空产品液压系统装配过程多余物控制进行风险分析,通过建立适用于多品种小批量生产工艺的风险评价模型,找出航空产品液压系统多余物存在的失效模式并实施改进,从管理及技术两方面提升产品质量,满足顾客需求。此项研究验证了PFMEA技术在多品种小批量生产工艺中的适用性,提出一种可普遍应用于航空产品装配工艺的S(严重度)、O(频度数)、D(探测度)评价模型,提升了质量控制的有效性和控制效率。PFMEA technology is currently widely used in industrial high-volume manufacturing,but its application in the field of aviation manufacturing is not deep.In this paper,PFMEA technology is used for the risk analysis of foreign object debris control in the assembly process of aviation product hydraulic system.Through the establishment of a risk assessment model suitable for multi-variety and low-volume production process,the failure mode of foreign object debris in aviation product hydraulic system is identified and improved,so as to improve product quality from both management and technical aspects and meet customer needs.This study verifies the applicability of PFMEA technology in multi-variety and low-volume production process,and proposes an S(severity),O(occurrence)and D(detection)evaluation models that can be widely used in the assembly process of aviation products,and improves the effectiveness and control efficiency of quality control.
