摘 要:本文首先介绍一种鲸群优化算法(WOA),该算法具有收敛速度快,收敛精度高的优点。根据结构理论设计的铸造起重机金属结构强度与刚度的冗余,采用WOA对铸造起重机金属结构主梁进行轻量化设计。建立了基于WOA的钢结构轻量化数学计算模型,应用Matlab软件基于WOA编写程序。通过程序计算出了具有安全性和经济性双重属性的结构设计参数,从而达到对铸造起重机金属结构主梁的轻量化设计,以满足在安全使用的同时降低产品成本。This paper first introduces a whale group algorithm,which has the advantages of fast convergence and high convergence precision.In this paper,the redundant design of the strength and stiffness of the metal structure of the casting crane designed for structural theory is used.The whale group algorithm is used to lightly design the main beam of the metal structure of the casting crane.A lightweight mathematical calculation model of steel structure based on whale group algorithm was established.The program was programmed based on whale group algorithm using Matlab software.The structural design parameters with safety and economy were calculated by program to achieve the metal structure of casting crane.The lightweight design of the main beam meets the need to reduce product costs while using it safely.
