摘 要:智能化控制技术通过自动化生产线和机器人技术,提高机器制造及生产效率,减少人工操作的时间和误差,保证产品的一致性和高质量,提高整体生产速度。该文以数控加工技术、工业机器人技术和机器视觉技术为案例,探讨其在生产过程自动化、智能监控和预测性维护中的工作原理及应用特点。研究表明,这些技术的应用不仅提高了机械制造的效率和质量,还大大降低了生产成本和设备故障率,推动了制造业向智能化和数字化转型,但未来需要进一步实现技术整合、数据安全和人员培训等,以充分发挥智能化控制技术的潜力,推动制造业的持续发展。Intelligent control technology through automated production lines and robotics can improve the efficiency of machine manufacturing and production,reduce the time and error of manual operation,and can ensure the consistency and high quality of products and improve the overall production speed.This article selects CNC machining technology,industrial robotics and machine vision technology as a case study to explore its working principle and application characteristics in the automation of the production process,intelligent monitoring system and predictive maintenance,and the study shows that the application of these technologies not only improves the efficiency and quality of machine manufacturing,but also greatly reduces the cost of production and the failure rate of the equipment,and promotes the transformation of the manufacturing industry to intelligence and digitalization,but further technical integration,data security and personnel training are needed in the future to give full play to the potential of intelligent control technology and promote the sustainable development of the manufacturing industry.
