摘　　要：[研究目的]探究领域国家安全学理论研究现状及其构建,寻觅领域国家安全学构建路径,对深化领域国家安全学理论研究,推进国家安全学学科建设提供理论依据。[研究方法]通过文献分析厘清其发展脉络,以问题导向为切入口对领域国家安全学理论研究和构建进行探讨。所谓领域国家安全问题是指国家利益特别是核心利益或其他重大利益造成危险和威胁并被列入国家安全议程的问题。领域国家安全问题由危险和威胁、国家利益和国家安全议程三大要素构成。在领域国家安全学研究尚处于初始阶段、存在三多三少现象的背景下,通过学理化研究,得出领域国家安全问题催生领域国家安全学的结论,即国家安全学与原领域学科在领域国家安全问题节点进行交叉形成领域国家安全学。[研究结论]作为国家安全学学科的重要组成部分,做“专”领域国家安全学对于国家安全学一级学科建设具有重大意义。以安全问题为导向是领域国家安全学理论构建的关键;组织化分段实施是领域国家安全学理论构建的理性选择。[Research purpose]Focusing on domain national security studies,this research aims to explore the status quo of its theoretical research and construction,find the path of construction,deepen the theoretical research,and provide the theoretical basis for promoting the construction of the discipline.[Research method]Its development lineage is clarified through literature analysis;the theoretical research and construction of domain national security studies are explored with the problem orientation as an entry point.The so-called domain national security issues are those issues that pose dangers and threats to national interests,especially core or other vital interests,and are on the national security agenda.Domain national security issues consist of three main elements:dangers and threats,national interests and the national security agenda.In the context that the study of domain national security is still in its initial stage and that the phenomenon of“three more and three less”exists,it has been concluded through the study of rationalization that domain national security issues have given rise to domain national security studies,that is to say,the intersection of the study of national security and the original domain disciplines at the node of domain national security issues has led to the formation of domain national security studies.[Research conclusion]As an important part of the discipline of national security,it is of great significance for the construction of the first-level discipline of national security to“specialize”in the field of national security.Taking the security problems orientation is the key to the construction of the theory of domain national security,and organized implementing in sections is a rational choice for the construction.
