精神分裂症兴奋激越患者接受奥卡西平治疗的临床效果及对血清同型半胱氨酸水平的影响

摘　　要：目的分析精神分裂症兴奋激越患者接受奥卡西平治疗的临床效果及对血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平的影响。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月本院收治的100例精神分裂症兴奋激越患者为研究对象,随机将其分为两组,每组50例。对照组采用奥氮平治疗,观察组采用奥卡西平治疗,对比两组患者临床治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组的临床治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的阳性阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分、外显攻击行为量表(MOAS)评分均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的血清Hcy水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组与对照组的不良反应发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论精神分裂症兴奋激越患者接受奥卡西平治疗,可以快速改善临床症状,降低血清Hcy水平,且不良反应少,可有效保障患者用药安全,值得临床推广及应用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of oxcarbazepine in patients with hyperexcitatory schizophrenia and its effect on serum homocysteine(Hcy)level.Methods:From January 2021 to December 2022,100 patients with schizophrenia agitation admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into 2 groups of 50 cases each,the control group was treated with olanzapine,the observation group was treated with oxcarbazepine,and the clinical treatment effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The clinical symptoms of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of oxcarbazepine in patients with excitatory agitation of schizophrenia can rapidly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce the level of serum Hcy,and less adverse reactions,and more effectively ensure the safety of patients with medication,which is worthy of clinical widespread promotion and application.
