云南白药粉外敷对促进恶性腹腔积液患者引流口愈合的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨云南白药粉外敷在促进恶性腹腔积液患者引流口愈合中的应用价值及临床疗效。方法 选择2021年8月—2022年8月在本院明确诊断为癌症并伴有恶性腹水引流术后伤口愈合不良的100例患者作为研究对象,通过随机数字法分为对照组(n=50)和试验组(n=50)。其中,对照组患者采用传统的换药方法,试验组在引流口填满云南白药粉,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果、舒适度评分(GCQ)、自我感受负担量表(SPBS)评分、生活质量量表(SF-36)评分以及并发症发生率。结果 试验组的治疗效果明显高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组的GCQ评分明显高于对照组,SPBS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);在SF-36量表评分中,从生理功能、精神健康、社会功能、情感职能4个维度进行对比,试验组患者各个维度量表评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 云南白药粉外敷在促进恶性腹腔积液患者引流口愈合中具有较高应用价值,可有效提高治疗效果、患者的舒适度以及生活质量,降低患者负担及并发症发生率,值得临床推广并应用。Objective To explore application value and clinical effect of Yunnan Baiyao powder external application in promoting healing of drainage ports of patients with malignant ascites.Methods The paper chose 100 patients diagnosed with cancer and accompanied by poor wound healing after malignant ascites drainage surgery in our hospital from August 2021 to August 2022 as study subjects,and divided them into control group(n=50)and experimental group(n=50)randomly.Control group was treated with traditional dressing changes,while experimental group filled drainage port with Yunnan Baiyao powder.Clinical curative effect,General Comfort Questionnaire(GCQ),Self Perceived Burden Scale(SPBS),Short Form 36 questionnaire(SF-36),and incidence of complications were compared between two groups.Results Curative effect of experimental group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05),with statistical significance.GCQ scores of experimental group were significantly higher than control group,and SPBS scores were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05),with statistical significance.SF-36 scale scores in experimental group were significantly higher than control group from four dimensions of physiological function,mental health,social function,and emotional function,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Incidence of complications in experimental group was significantly lower than control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Yunnan Baiyao powder can achieve high application value in promoting healing of drainage ports of patients with malignant ascites,improve curative effect,comfort and life quality effectively,reduce burden and incidence of complications of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
