摘  要:目的 探讨肌电生物反馈疗法联合双侧上肢训练对卒中后上肢功能障碍患者的影响。方法 选取2022年3月—2023年3月经本院确诊为卒中后上肢功能障碍的患者120例为研究对象,并依据随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。其中,对照组予以双侧上肢训练,观察组基于对照组训练条件施加肌电生物反馈疗法干预,比较两组的上肢活动度、上肢运动功能、自主生活能力以及训练满意度。结果 干预后,观察组肩外展、腕背伸的主动活动度均明显大于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组FMA量表得分、Barthel指数得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者训练满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 肌电生物反馈疗法与双侧上肢功能康复训练相结合,对脑卒中后上肢功能受限的患者具有显著改善上肢活动范围及运动能力的作用,能够显著提升患者的日常生活自理水平,患者对此治疗方案的满意度颇高,故具备在临床中广泛应用价值。Objective To investigate effect of electromyographic biofeedback therapy combined with bilateral upper limb training on patients with upper limb dysfunction after stroke.Methods The paper chose 120 patients with post-stroke upper limb dysfunction in our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023,and divided them into two groups based on random number table pattern,with 60 cases in each group.Control group was treated with bilateral upper limb training,while observation group with electromyographic biofeedback therapy intervention based on training of control group.The upper limb mobility,upper limb motor function,independent living ability,and training satisfaction degree between two groups was compared.Results After intervention,active range of motion for shoulder abduction and wrist extension in observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the FMA scores and Barthel index scores of observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Satisfaction degree of observation group with training was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of electromyographic biofeedback therapy and bilateral upper limb training can improve upper limb mobility and motor function of stroke patients with upper limb dysfunction effectively,enhance independent living ability,with satisfactory evaluation of training.
