卡培他滨治疗老年胃肿瘤临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨卡培他滨治疗老年胃肿瘤的临床疗效。方法 选择2020年1月—2021年12月本院收治的老年胃肿瘤患者68例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组34例。其中,对照组用常规药物化疗,观察组用常规药物化疗的基础上联合卡培他滨治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果 观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗前后癌胚抗原、肿瘤特异性生长因子以及糖类抗原199肿瘤标志物指标水平降低程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组中位无进展生存期与中位总生存期与对照组比较更长(P<0.05)。结论 对于老年胃肿瘤患者而言,采用卡培他滨进行治疗能够显著提升疗效,有效降低肿瘤标志物水平,并且能够显著延长患者的生存期。Objective To explore clinical effect of capecitabine in treatment of elderly gastric tumors.Methods The paper chose 68 elderly patients with gastric tumors from January 2020 to December 2021 as subjects,and divided them into observation group and control group randomly,with 34 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine drug chemotherapy,while observation group with combination of routine drug chemotherapy and capecitabine treatment.Results Total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group,P<0.05.Levels of tumor markers including carcinoembryonic antigen,tumor specific growth factor,and carbohydrate antigen 199 in observation group decreased more significantly before and after treatment than in control group,P<0.05.Median progression free survival and median overall survival of observation group was similar with control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Capecitabine can achieve significant curative effect for elderly gastric cancer patients,reduce levels of tumor markers,and prolong survival period effectively.
