华蟾素胶囊联合mFOLFOX6方案对晚期结直肠癌患者疼痛及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨华蟾素胶囊联合奥沙利铂+亚叶酸钙+氟尿嘧啶(mFOLFOX6)方案对晚期结直肠癌患者疼痛及生活质量的影响。方法将83例晚期结直肠癌患者按治疗方法的不同分为对照组41例和观察组42例,对照组采用mFOLFOX6方案治疗,观察组采用华蟾素胶囊联合mFOLFOX6方案治疗。对比两组患者的疗效、疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分]、肿瘤标志物[癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原19-9(CA19-9)、糖类抗原24-2(CA24-2)]水平、生活质量[结直肠癌生活质量专用量表(QLQ-CR38)]、不良反应发生情况及远期疗效。结果治疗2个月,观察组患者总缓解率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2个月,两组患者VAS评分及CEA、CA19-9、CA24-2水平均降低,且观察组患者VAS评分及CEA、CA19-9、CA24-2水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2个月,两组患者症状领域评分均降低,功能领域评分均升高,且观察组患者症状领域评分低于对照组,功能领域评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者各不良反应发生率及1年生存率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论华蟾素胶囊联合mFOLFOX6方案治疗晚期结直肠癌患者的疗效显著,可有效缓解疼痛,改善肿瘤标志物水平及生活质量,且不增加不良反应。Objective To investigate the effects of Huachansu capsule combined with oxaliplatin+calcium folinate+fluorouracil(mFOLFOX6)regimen on pain and quality of life in patients with advanced colorectal cancer.Method A total of 83 patients with advanced colorectal cancer were divided into control group(41 cases)and observation group(42 cases)according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with mFOLFOX6 regimen,and the observation group was treated with Huachansu capsule combined with mFOLFOX6 regimen.The efficacy,pain degree[visual analogue scale(VAS)score],tumor markers[carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),carbohydrate antigen 19-9(CA19-9),car-bohydrate antigen 24-2(CA24-2)]levels,quality of life[colorectal cancerspecific quality-of-life questionnaire module(QLQ-CR38)],incidence of adverse reactions and long-term curative effect were compared between the two groups.Result After two months of treatment,the overall response rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After two months of treatment,the VAS scores and CEA,CA19-9,CA24-2 levels in two groups were decreased,and the VAS score and CEA,CA19-9,CA24-2 levels in observation group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After two months of treatment,the symptom field scores were decreased and functional field scores were increased in both groups,and symptom field score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,while functional field score was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the incidences of adverse reactions and 1-year survival between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Huachansu capsule combined with mFOLFOX6 regimen is effective in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer patients,which can effectively relieve pain,improve the levels of tumor markers and quality of life,without increasing adverse r
