胃疡愈方治疗肝郁气滞型胃溃疡患者的临床疗效及对其胃黏膜愈合情况的影响

摘　　要：目的探究胃疡愈方治疗肝郁气滞型胃溃疡(Gastric ulcer,GU)患者的临床疗效及对其胃黏膜愈合情况的影响。方法选取2021年1月—2023年7月期间蚌埠市中医医院脾胃科收治的肝郁气滞型GU患者88例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组各44例。对照组给予泮托拉唑治疗,治疗组在泮托拉唑治疗基础上给予中药胃疡愈方治疗,每个疗程为14 d,共治疗2个疗程。观察比较两组患者的临床疗效、中医证候评分、GU黏膜愈合及不良反应情况。结果治疗后治疗组临床疗效总有效率90.90%(40/44)明显高于对照组70.45%(31/44),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者中医证候积分均较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组中医证候积分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组患者GU黏膜愈合总有效率(93.18%)高于对照组(75.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃疡愈方能有效提高GU患者的临床疗效,促进临床症状恢复及GU黏膜愈合,且无明显不良反应。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Weiyang Yufang in treating patients with gastric ulcer(GU)of the liver stagnation and qi stagnation type and its effect on gastric mucosal healing.Methods A total of 88 patients with liver depression and qi stagnation type GU were selected from the Department of Spleen and Gastroenterology at Bengbu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to July 2023.Patients were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group using the random number table method,with 44 patients in each group.The control group was treated with pantoprazole,while the treatment group received Weiyang Yufang in addition to pantoprazole.Each course of treatment lasted 14 days,with a total of 2 courses.Clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,GU mucosal healing,and adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the overall effective rate in the treatment group was 90.90%(40/44),significantly higher than the control group′s rate of 70.45%(31/44),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).TCM syndrome scores were significantly reduced in both groups post-treatment,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);the treatment group showed significantly lower scores than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Additionally,the GU mucosal healing rate in the treatment group(93.18%)was also higher than that of the control group(75.00%),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Weiyang Yufang effectively enhances the clinical efficacy in GU patients,alleviates clinical symptoms,and promotes GU mucosal healing without significant adverse reactions.
