摘 要:目的翻转课堂是教学组织架构与教学流程颠覆的教学方法,研究旨在探讨翻转课堂教学模式在肾病科临床实践教学中的实施效果,以期提高教学质量。方法选取2021年9月—2023年6月云南中医药大学2017、2018级中医学五年制60名实习生为研究对象,采用随机数字表法对实习生进行分组,分为试验组和对照组,每组30名,试验组采用翻转课堂教学模式教学,对照组则使用传统教学模式进行教学,通过1个月的实习教学,分别采用理论考试、实践技能操作、病例分析考核以及问卷调查形式评估2种教学方法的教学效果。结果试验组理论考试成绩、实践技能操作和病例分析成绩[(89.15±5.63)分、(91.32±7.93)分、(88.92±10.13)分]均高于对照组[(76.41±4.98)分、(83.46±6.31)分、(79.31±8.94)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组的满意度低于试验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肾病科临床实践教学中,采用翻转课堂教学模式可有效地提高教学效果及教学满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of flipped classroom teaching mode in clinical practice teaching of nephrology.Methods A total of 60 Traditional Chinese Medicine interns were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups,with 30 interns in each group.The experimental group was flipped classroom teaching mode,and the control group used traditional mode teaching.The teaching effects of the two teaching modes were compared and analyzed.After 1 month clinical training,residents were assessed in the form of basic theory examination,practical skills and case analysis,and questionnaire survey to evaluate the effects of the two teaching methods.Results The basic theory scores,skill operation scores and case analysis examination scores in the observation group were(89.15±5.63)points,(91.32±7.93)points and(88.92±10.13)points,which were higher than those of the control group[(76.41±4.98)points,(83.46±6.31)points and(79.31±8.94)points],the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of questionnaire survey satisfaction were also higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Flipped classroom teaching mode can significantly improve students'learning efficency and intership satisfaction in the clinical practice teaching of nephrology depatment.
