摘 要:《儿科学》是临床医学的一个分支。儿科学面对的群体是各个年龄阶段的患儿及家属,需要儿科医生拥有足够的关心、极强的责任感、良好的医患沟通能力及出色的专业能力。如何培养优秀的儿科医生,为我国儿童健康保驾护航,让儿科事业后继有人,是儿科教师的使命与责任。内蒙古自治区妇幼保健院的儿科教研组在充分分析教学情况及学科特点的基础上,对教学内容进行了3个方面创新,创造了“案例、思政、口诀”三部曲的《儿科学》教学模式,即“课前身临其境引入临床案例、课中润物无声融入思政教育,课尾轻轻松松总结儿科口诀”,通过一系列的创新改革,极大地提高了学生对儿科专业的学习兴趣,使枯燥难记的知识变得生动形象,为培养新时代的儿科医护人才打下坚实的基础。Pediatrics is a branch of clinical medicine.Because it deals with a patient population of children and their families at all stages of life.This requires pediatricians to have enough care,a strong sense of responsibility,good doctor-patient communication skills and excellent professional competence.It is the mission and responsibility of our generation of pediatric teachers to cultivate excellent pediatricians to protect the health of children in China and to make pediatrics a successor.Inner Mongolia Maternal and Child Health Hospitals’pediatrics teaching and research group in the full analysis of the academic situation and the characteristics of the discipline on the basis of the teaching content of the three innovations,created a“Case,Ideological and Political Education,and Formula”threestep Pediatrics teaching model,namely“before the class immersive introduction of clinical cases,the class into the silent integration”of through a series of innovative reforms,students’interest in pediatrics has been greatly improved,making the boring and difficult-to-memorize knowledge vivid,and laying a solid foundation for cultivating the successors of pediatrics in the new era.
