摘　　要：目的本研究旨在评估口腔修复治疗中预成纤维桩的应用价值。方法选取2020年1月至2022年12月来龙岩市中医院口腔科进行口腔修复治疗的80例患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。观察组采用预成纤维桩进行修复治疗,对照组采用传统修复治疗。观察指标包括修复效果、耐久性、患者满意度、并发症发生率和口腔状况评分。结果观察组的修复成功率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组满意度较对照组高(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,菌斑指数(PLI)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)和牙周袋深度均较治疗前改善,且观察组PLI和SBI评分小于对照组,牙周袋深度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论口腔修复治疗中预成纤维桩能够提高修复效果、耐久性和患者满意度,同时降低并发症发生率,具有较高的应用价值。Objective This study aims to evaluate the application value of prefabricated fiber posts in oral restorative treatment.Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent oral restorative treatment in the Department of Stomatology at Longyan City Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the subjects of this study.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 40 cases in each group using the random number table method.The observation group was treated with prefabricated fiber posts,while the control group received traditional restorative treatment.The observed indicators included the success rate of restoration,durability,patient satisfaction,incidence of complications,and oral condition scores.Results The success rate of restoration in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction level in the observation group was higher(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the PLI,SBI,and periodontal pocket depth all improved compared to before treatment,and the PLI and SBI scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the periodontal pocket depth was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The use of prefabricated fiber posts in oral restorative treatment can improve the success rate,durability,and patient satisfaction,while also reducing the incidence of complications,and has a high application value.
