基于保护动机模式的护理对子宫肌瘤患者自护能力、并发症、情绪状态、睡眠及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨基于保护动机模式的护理对子宫肌瘤患者自护能力、并发症、情绪状态、睡眠及生活质量的影响。方法按照入院顺序对2023年1月-12月福建省妇幼保健院的60例患者进行编码,按照单双数来确定对照组(30例,常规护理)和干预组(30例,基于保护动机模式的护理)。比较两组患者自护能力、并发症、情绪状态、睡眠质量、生活质量。结果干预组ESCA 4项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组出现切口感染、恶心、呕吐、高热4项并发症患者低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组及对照组SAS、SDS评分与护理前比均降低,且干预组低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组睡眠质量7项PSQI指标均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组SF-36评分均较护理前提高,干预组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论干预组方法能够减少子宫肌瘤患者术后并发症的产生,情绪状态更佳,其睡眠质量、自我护理能力均得到了提高,患者生活质量更高。Objective To explore the clinical effects of protection motivation theory-based nursing on the self-care ability,treatment complications,emotional states,sleep quality and life quality of fibroid patients.Methods A total of 60 patients were sent to Fujian Provincial Maternal And Childcare Hospital from January 2023 to December 2023.According to the odd and even admission number,patients were divided into control group(30 cases,routine care)and intervention group(30 cases,protection motivation theory-based nursing).Through SPSS20.0 software,the patient’s self-care ability,treatment complications,emotional states,sleep quality and life quality were analyzed.Results Exercise of Self-care Agency Scale(ESCA)scores in the intervention group were higher than control group(P<0.05);the incidences of treatment complications like incisional infections,nausea,emesis and fever in the intervention group were lower than control group(P<0.05);Self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and Self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores for two groups were lower than before;SAS and SDS scores in the intervention group were even lower than control group(P<0.05);Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)in the intervention group was lower than control group(P<0.05);Medical Outcomes Study Health Survey Short Form-36 Item(SF-36)scores for two groups were higher than before;SF-36 scores in the intervention group were even higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The protection motivation theory-based nursing can effectively reduce the treatment complications,and improve the emotional states,sleep quality,self-care ability and life quality of fibroid patients.
