摘　　要：近年来,随着燃煤、生物质颗粒锅炉数量的急剧减少,大量WNS型卧式燃(油)气锅炉迅速占领市场,与传统燃煤、生物质颗粒锅炉相比,其结构紧凑、操作简便、自动化程度高。但由于制造工艺与结构限制,WNS型卧式燃(油)气锅炉回燃室前管板管端开裂现象频频出现。本文以一台WNS型卧式燃气蒸汽锅炉为例,从制造、使用、修理及管板受力等方面对管板裂纹进行原因分析,并给出相应的解决措施。In recent years,with the sharp decrease in the number of coal-fired and biomass pellet boilers,a large number of WNS type horizontal combustion(oil)gas boilers have occupied the market.Compared with traditional coal-fired and biomass pellet boilers,their structure is compact,operation is simple,and the degree of automation is high.However,due to manufacturing process and structural limitations,the front tube plate of the combustion chamber of the WNS horizontal combustion(oil)gas boiler frequently experiences cracking at the tube end.This article takes a WNS horizontal gas steam boiler as an example to analyze the causes from the aspects of manufacturing defects,tube plate stress,use,and repair,and provides corresponding solutions.
