摘  要:观察伊曲康唑联合特比萘芬治疗1例单瓶着色真菌(Fonsecaea monophora)所致着色芽生菌病疗效。患者男,70岁,左足反复破溃渗液10余年,结痂并增厚7个月余。取痂皮表面及痂下皮屑行真菌镜检及培养,皮损组织做病理检查,均见棕色的菌丝及厚壁的硬壳小体,真菌培养见棕黑色菌落生长,菌种鉴定为单瓶着色真菌,诊断为单瓶着色真菌引起的皮肤着色芽生菌病。予联合口服伊曲康唑(200 mg/d)和特比萘芬(250 mg/d)治疗6个月,随访1年未复发,取得良好疗效。To observe the efficacy of itraconazole combined with terbinafine in the treatment of a case of chromoblastomyco-sis caused by Fonsecaea monophora.A 70-year male had the fluid on his left foot repeatedly broken for more than 10 years,and scabbed and thickened for more than 7months.The scurf on the surface and under the scab was collected for fungal microscopic examination and culture,and pathological examination.Brown hyphae and thick walled hard shell bodies,brown black colonies were observed in fungal culture.The strain was identified as Fonsecaea monophora.A diagnosis of skin pig-mented miniomycosis caused by Fonsecaea monophora was defined.Itraconazole(200 mg/d)and terbinafine(250 mg/d)were tak-en orally for 6 months.No recurrence was observed after a 1-year follow-up,indicating a good curative effect.
