摘　　要：胃肠癌是消化系统最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,属于中医学“肠蕈”,“伏梁”的范畴。中医学认为胃肠癌的形成多因正气内虚,复加饮食不节、情志不随,使脾胃升降失调,气机不畅,痰浊内生,瘀阻大肠,日久邪毒结聚而成。“正虚”与“邪盛”在胃肠癌的病因病机中占有重要地位。“抑木扶土”法是在五行理论指导下的一种治法,目前治疗胃肠癌多从“扶正”入手,对于如何“祛邪”鲜有阐述。通过从“抑木扶土”的角度出发,肝主疏泄功能失常与胃肠癌的形成关系密切,因此探讨从肝论治胃肠癌,可为该病的中医治疗提供新思路。Gastrointestinal cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors of digestive system,falling within the scope of TCM concepts such as“Chang Xun”and“Fu Liang”.TCM believes that the formation of gastrointestinal cancer often results from internal deficiency of righteous Qi,compounded by irregular diet and emotional disturbances,leading to disharmony of spleen and stomach's ascending and descending functions,stagnation of Qi,generation of phlegm and turbidity,and obstruction of large intestine.Over time,these factors accumulate into toxic pathogenic elements.The concepts of“righteous Qi deficiency”and“prevalence of pathogenic factors”play a crucial role in the etiology and pathogenesis of gastrointestinal cancer.The“Suppressing Wood and Supporting Earth”method is a treatment approach derived from the Five Elements Theory.While current treatments for gastrointestinal cancer largely focus on“supporting righteousness”,there has been little discussion on how to“expel pathogenic factors”.Through the lens of“Suppressing Wood and Supporting Earth”,and by examining the close relationship between the dysfunction of liver's role in regulating Qi and the development of gastrointestinal cancer,this article offers a new perspective for TCM-based treatment of the disease.
