摘 要:为实现部件轻量化目标,通过对双前桥液压助力转向系统典型工况的动力学分析,获得了转向摇臂支架的载荷谱,并据此对该支架进行了非线性强度计算及拓扑优化分析;依据拓扑优化结果,完成了9种轻量化方案的设计,且通过静强度、疲劳强度等理论计算及整车可靠性试验验证了最优方案的有效性。结果表明,在刚度、强度性能基本不变的情况下,新摇臂支架实现降重约3.5kg,降重比例达54.8%,达成了轻量化目标,且对类似部件的轻量化设计工作具有较好指导作用。In order to achieve the goal of lightweight components,the load spectrum of the steering rocker arm bracket was obtained by analyzing the dynamics of the dual-front axle hydraulic power assisted steering system under typical working conditions.Based on this,the nonlinear strength calculation and topology optimization analysis of the bracket were carried out.According to the topology optimization results,nine lightweight schemes were designed,and the effectiveness of the optimal scheme was verified by theoretical calculation of static strength,fatigue strength and vehicle reliability test.The results show that under the condition that the stiffness and strength properties are basically unchanged,the weight of the new rocker arm bracket is reduced by about 3.5kg,with a weight reduction ratio of 54.8%,which can achieve the lightweight target,and has a good guiding role for the lightweight design of similar parts.
