摘 要:文章基于城市轨道交通站点、建筑及夜景数据,探究城市建设强度与轨道交通站点可达性之间的耦合关系,并对耦合度进行量化评价。首先,将研究范围划分为500m×500m空间粒度网格,采用ArcGIS分析研究范围内每一个网格轨道交通站点可达性;根据主城区建筑和夜光遥感矢量数据加权叠加,以反映城市建设强度;最后,通过双变量空间自相关Moran’s I等方法,分析城市建设强度与轨道交通站点可达性的相互关系,同时通过对未来规划站网数据与建设强度的相关性分析,对研究方法进行了实证。研究结果表明,西安市主城区建设强度与轨道交通站点可达性呈现出不同程度的正相关性,轨道交通站点能够覆盖主城区建设强度较高的区域,较好的支持中心城区向外部重点发展区域延伸。但是,在局部地段仍存在轨道交通站点可达性与城市建设强度不匹配等问题。This paper explores the coupling relationship between urban construction intensity and accessibility to urban rail transit stations based on the data of urban rail transit stations,buildings and night scenery,and quantitatively evaluates this coupling degree.Firstly,the research area is divided into 500m×500m spatial grids,and ArcGIS is used to analyze the accessibility of each grid to rail transit stations within the research area.And then,according to the weighted superposition of the building and luminous remote sensing vector data in the main urban area,the intensity of urban construction is reflected.Finally,Moran's I and other methods of bivariate spatial autocorrelation are used to analyze the relationship between urban construction intensity and rail transit station accessibility.Meanwhile,the correlation analysis of future planning station network data and construction intensity is carried out to demonstrate the research method.The research results indicate that in the main urban area of Xi'an,there is a varying degree of positive correlation between urban construction intensity and accessibility to rail transit stations.Rail transit stations can cover areas with higher urban construction intensity in the main urban area and effectively support the extension of the central urban area to key development areas on the outskirts.However,in some areas,there are still problems such as the mismatch between the accessibility of rail transit stations and the intensity of urban construction.
