摘 要:浮游植物对于自身所生存水环境的水质变化比较敏感,其群落组成、优势种及指示藻类等特征是评价水质污染水平和营养水平的重要指标。为了解渔洞水库浮游植物群落结构的动态变化规律,从定性和定量两个方面对渔洞水库的浮游植物群落进行调查研究。定性包括水样的采集、镜检及鉴定,定量包括水样的采集及镜检计数。调查期间共鉴定浮游植物201种(含变种和变型),分别隶属8门10纲22目32科69属。其中硅藻共21属97种,占总种数的48.26%;绿藻门共32属78种,占总种数38.81%。硅藻和绿藻种类数占总种数的87.07%,二者共同构成了库区的主要浮游植物类群。Phytoplankton is sensitive to the water quality changes of their living water environment,and its community composition,dominant species and indicative algae are important indicators for evaluating water pollution and nutrition levels.In order to understand the dynamic changes of phytoplankton community structure in Yudong Reservoir,this study investigated the phytoplankton community in Yudong Reservoir from both qualitative and quantitative aspects.Qualitative analysis includes water sample collection,microscopic examination and identification,quantity includes water sample collection and microscopic counting.A total of 201 species(including varieties and variants)of phytoplankton were identified during the survey,belonging to 8 phyla,10 classes,22 orders,32 families,69 genera.Among them,97 species belonging to 21 genera accounted for 48.26%of the total species;there are 78 species belonging to 32 genera in Chlorophyta,accounting for 38.81%of the total species.Diatoms and green algae accounted for 87.07%of the total species,which together constituted the main phytoplankton groups in the reservoir area.Through the investigation and study of phytoplankton in Yudong Reservoir,it provides a scientific basis for the protection and management of water sources in Zhaotong City.
