摘 要:成果导向教学(outcomes-based education,OBE)理念强调以学生为主体,注重学生学习成果的产出和能力培养,在该背景下,专业课程考核与评价方式也应转变。以食品专业《食品感官评价》课程某届学生成绩为研究对象,通过云雨图、相关性分析、主成分分析、聚类热图等多元统计方法可视化呈现学生成绩并进行深入分析,找到课程成绩设置不合理的地方并提出持续改进方案。同时深度挖掘异常学生,实现对学生的精准关注和辅导。使用该方法可深度剖析课程考核体系合理性,并对OBE理念下课程考核与评价方式提出相应改进建议。The concept of outcome based education(OBE)emphasizes student-centered approach,focusing on the output of students’learning outcomes and the cultivation of their abilities.In this context,the assessment and evaluation methods for professional courses should also be transformed.Taking the grades of a certain class of students majoring in food science in the course of Food Sensory Evaluation as the research object,this study visualizes the student grades through multivariate statistical methods such as cloud rain chart,correlation analysis,principal component analysis,and cluster heatmap,and conducts in-depth analysis to identify areas where the course grades are set unreasonably and propose continuous improvement plans.At the same time,we will deeply explore abnormal students to achieve precise attention and guidance for them.This method can deeply analyze the rationality of the course assessment system and provide corresponding improvement suggestions for the course assessment and evaluation methods under the OBE concept.
