眼轮匝肌切除术治疗儿童先天性下睑内翻倒睫的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察眼轮匝肌切除术治疗儿童先天性下睑内翻倒睫的临床疗效。方法以2023年1月至2024年5月在郑州大学第一附属医院就诊的42例先天性下睑内翻倒睫患儿为研究对象,所有患儿均行眼轮匝肌切除术治疗,统计手术效果和并发症发生率。结果本研究42例先天性下睑内翻倒睫患儿共有术眼54眼,其中显效40眼,有效14眼,未发生过矫或欠矫,手术效果优良率为100.00%;共有4例患儿出现术后并发症,并发症发生率为9.52%。结论眼轮匝肌切除术治疗儿童先天性下睑内翻倒睫临床疗效较好,可有效改善患儿眼部解剖结构异常,且该术式安全性较高,具有临床应用价值。Objective To observe the clinical effect of orbiculectomy in the treatment of congenital entropion and trichiasis of lower eyelid in children.Methods A total of 42 cases of congenital entropion and trichiasis of lower eyelid treated in Zhengzhou University First Affifiliated Hospital from January 2023 to May 2024 were studied.All the cases were treated with orbicularis oculi muscle resection,and the operative effect and complication rate were analyzed.Results A total of 54 eyes were operated in 42 children with congenital entropion and trichiasis of lower eyelid,of which 40 eyes were obvious and 14 eyes were effective,no overcorrection or undercorrection occurred.The excellent and good rate of operation was 100.00%.A total of 4 patients had postoperative complications,the complication rate was 9.52%.Conclusions Orbicularis oculi muscle resection has good clinical effect in the treatment of congenital entropion and trichiasis of lower eyelid in children,and can effectively improve the abnormal ocular anatomy,and this operation is safe and has clinical application value.
