纳米复合树脂与光固化复合树脂在前牙修复中的应用比较

摘　　要：目的比较纳米复合树脂与光固化复合树脂在前牙修复的效果。方法回顾性选取2022年5月至2023年5月濮阳市人民医院收治的60例接受前牙口腔修复患者的临床资料。其中采用光固化复合树脂材料修复的30例患者纳入对照组;采用纳米复合树脂材料修复的30例患者纳入观察组。记录两组患者修复前、修复后3个月时牙周指标、咀嚼功能。比较两组患者修复后3个月的修复效果和不良反应情况。结果修复后3个月,观察组患者牙龈指数、菌斑指数低于对照组;咬合力、咀嚼效率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者前牙色泽美观评分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率6.67%,低于对照组26.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论纳米复合树脂材料和光固化复合树脂材料在前牙口腔修复中均可达到良好效果,但纳米复合树脂材料美学效果更佳,安全性更高,在改善牙龈状况、提升咀嚼功能方面效果更好。Objective To Comparison of the effects of nano composite resin and light cured composite resin in anterior tooth restoration.Methods Retrospective selection of clinical data from 60 patients who underwent anterior dental restoration at Puyang People's Hospital from May 2022 to May 2023.Among them,30 patients who were repaired with light cured composite resin materials were included in the control group;30 patients who were repaired with nanocomposite resin materials were included in the observation group.Record periodontal indicators and chewing function of two groups of patients before and 3 months after restoration.Compare the repair effect and adverse reactions of two groups of patients after 3 months of repair.Results After 3 months of repair,the gingival index and plaque index of the observation group were lower than those of the control group;The biting force and chewing effificiency were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically signifificant(P<0.05);The observation group had a statistically signifificant difference in the aesthetic color score of the front teeth(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.67%,which was lower than that in the control group(26.67%),and the difference was statistically signifificant(P<0.05).Conclusions Both nanocomposite resin materials and light cured composite resin materials can achieve good results in anterior dental restoration,but nanocomposite resin materials have better aesthetic effects and higher safety,and are more effective in improving gum condition and enhancing chewing function.
