摘　　要：目的探究3M树脂关闭前牙散在间隙的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2021年8月至2022年8月于河南科技大学第二附属医院使用3M树脂关闭前牙散在间隙的临床资料,共纳入30例患者(90颗牙),均进行3M树脂关闭治疗。观察患者的疗效、满意度以及并发症等情况。结果90颗患牙治疗后随访6个月、12个月、24个月时的优良率分别为96.67%、91.11%、87.78%。治疗后牙齿美观度、边缘密合性、舒适度、完整性以及功能等方面的满意度评分较治疗前明显提升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访2年时,并发症发生率为12.22%(11/90)。结论3M树脂关闭前牙散在间隙的近远期疗效较理想,恢复牙齿的外观和功能,并发症较少,整体满意度较高。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of 3M resin in closing gaps between anterior teeth.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 30 patients(90 teeth)who underwent 3M resin closure treatment at the Second Affifiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from August 2021 to August 2022.Observe the patient's efficacy,satisfaction,and complications.Results The excellent and good rates at 6 months,12 months,and 24 months follow-up after treatment of 90 affected teeth were 96.67%,91.11%,and 87.78%,respectively.The satisfaction scores of tooth aesthetics,edge fifit,comfort,integrity,and function after treatment were signifificantly improved compared to before treatment,and the difference was statistically signifificant(P<0.05).At a 2-year follow-up,the incidence of complications was 12.22%(11/90).Conclusions The shortterm and long-term effificacy of 3M resin in closing the scattered gaps between front teeth is ideal,restoring the appearance and function of teeth with fewer complications and overall satisfaction.
