基于《黄帝内经》卫气理论探析“病时间时甚者,取之输”

摘　　要：“病时间时甚者,取之输”始载于《黄帝内经》,文章试从卫气角度对其涵义进行探讨。病之“间”“甚”即病之轻重,是正邪交争的外在表现,而卫气因其卫外抗邪的特性常被视为正气的一个方面,亦对病情轻重变化具有较大影响。卫气因其循行规律与邪气反复接触离散,是导致病情出现轻重变化的重要原因。输穴因其所处腕踝关节的独特位置,且基于“输原合一”而体现的广泛治疗范围,是调控卫气、治疗“时间时甚”的要穴。目前,“病时间时甚者,取之输”的相关理论及临床研究均鲜有提及其与卫气之间的关系,研究发现主要是因为《难经》对卫气体系进行了改动,削减了卫气功能的相关认识,致使“病时间时甚者,取之输”与卫气关系的研究较少。“When encountering diseases that fluctuate between getting better and worse,choosing shu points”is one of the contents related to the usage of the five shu points in Yellow Emperor’s Nei Jing.This article attempts to explore its meaning from the perspective of defense qi.The“Jianshen”of a disease refers to the severity of the disease,which is an external manifestation of the struggle between healthy qi and pathogenic qi.Defense qi is often regarded as an aspect of healthy qi because of its ability to defend against externalpathogenic and also has a greater influence on the changes in the severity of the disease.Due to its own circulation pattern,the repeated contact and dispersion of defense qi and pathogenic qi is an important reason for the fluctuation of the severity of the disease.Because of its unique position on the wrist and ankle joints and its wide range of treatments based on the“unity of shu and yuan”,shu points is an important acupoint for regulating defense qi and treating“fluctuate between getting better and worse”diseases.“When encountering diseases that fluctuate between getting better and worse,choosing shu points.”Current theories and clinical research are rarely related to defense qi.After exploration,it is mainly due to the changes in the defense qi system in the Nan Jing,which reduces the function of defense qi.It influenced the thinking of later generations,causing the relationship between“when encountering diseases that fluctuate between getting better and worse,choosing shu points”and defense qi to be lost in history.
