基于癌毒病机理论辨治前列腺癌探析

摘　　要：文章基于癌毒病机理论及前期研究基础,探析前列腺癌的病理因素、病位及相关脏腑、核心病机与病机演变规律,并提出相应的治则及治法。文章认为前列腺癌的主要病理因素是“虚、湿、热、瘀、毒”;病位在前列腺,与肾、脾、肝、肺密切相关;核心病机为“脾肾亏虚、湿瘀热毒”;早、中、晚3期遵循阳实、阴虚、阳虚、阴实的阴阳失衡病机演变规律;临证应以“抗癌解毒、扶正补虚”为基本治则;治疗上以抗癌祛毒为核心,活血祛湿为关键,滋养肺肾、温补脾肾为根本。Based on the pathogenesis theory of cancer toxin and the previous research basis of the team,this paper analyzed the pathological factors,disease location,related viscera,core pathogenesis and pathogenesis evolution of prostate cancer,and proposed the corresponding treatment and treatment methods.The main pathological factors of prostate cancer were“asthenia,dampness,heat,stasis and poison”.The disease is located in the prostate,closely related to kidney,spleen,liver and lung.The core pathogenesis was“spleen-kidney deficiency,dampness-stasis heat toxicity”.Early,middle and late stages follow the pathogenesis of yin and yang imbalance,such as yang excess,yin deficiency,yang deficiency and yin excess.Clinical syndrome should take“anti-cancer and detoxification,supporting the vital qi and supplementing deficiency”as the basic treatment principles.In treatment,anti-cancer detoxification is the core,activating blood and removing dampness is the key,nourishing lung and kidney,warming spleen and kidney is the fundamental.
