摘 要:大多数肿瘤发生与环境因素密切相关,因此,人们对环境致癌物的研究愈来愈重视。尽管国际研究机构对环境致癌物进行了评估和分类,但仍有许多潜在环境致癌物未能确定,主要原因是对于肿瘤病因识别和环境暴露的监测方法存在较多局限性。近年来,随着科技进步和多学科的交叉融合,许多新兴的环境暴露监测方法为环境肿瘤研究提供了契机。现代传感技术、地理信息技术、化学测试技术、人工智能、生物信息学、多组学、生物标志物等技术快速发展,有力促进了环境暴露监测技术的创新和发展。本研究回顾环境暴露的研究现状,系统阐述与肿瘤相关外部环境暴露致癌物质的监测方法,展望目前以及未来在环境肿瘤监测的热点方法和方向。The majority of tumors are closely related to environmental factors,which has led to increasing attention to research on environmental carcinogens.Although international research institutions have assessed and classified environmental carcinogens,many potential environmental carcinogens remain unidentified.This is primarily due to limitations in tumor etiology identification and environmental exposure monitoring methods.In recent years,with advances in technology and interdisciplinary integration,emerging environmental exposure monitoring methods have provided new opportunities for environmental cancer research.Rapid developments in modern sensing technology,geographic information systems,chemical testing,artificial intelligence,bioinformatics,multi-omics,and biomarker technologies have significantly promoted innovation and progress in environmental exposure monitoring.This article reviews the current status of environmental exposure research,systematically describes the monitoring methods for tumor-related external environmental carcinogens,and highlights current and future vital methods and directions in environmental cancer monitoring.
