劳动教育融入高校专业课的路径研究——以城乡规划专业为例

摘　　要：劳动教育可以帮助高校学子实现“德智体美劳”全面发展。作为理论与实践并重的专业,城乡规划专业更需要将劳动教育有效地融入专业培养体系中。然而,目前在大多数高校中,劳动教育和专业课程教育仍相对独立,存在与专业课程融合不足、实施模式单一等问题。在“五育”并举、国土空间规划体系变革、新质生产力发展的背景下,如何将劳动教育有效地融入专业课程,培养适应规划行业新需求的高层次人才成为近年来教育改革的重要内容之一。文章以黄山学院城乡规划专业为例,通过分析劳动教育融入该专业“认知+实践”类课程的现状,探索新形势下劳动教育融入“认知+实践”类课程的途径,并从劳动意识提升、课程体系优化、教育方式创新、就业竞争力提升四个层面提出相应的方法和对策。Labor education is an important path to realize the all-round development of college students’“five educations”,and it occupies an extremely important position in the training system of new engineering disciplines such as urban and rural planning.Under the background of the simultaneous development of“five educations”and the reform of the land and space planning system,how to integrate labor education into professional courses and cultivate high-level talents to meet the new needs of the industry is one of the important contents of education reform in recent years.This article takes the urban and rural planning major of Huangshan University as an example,through the analysis of the current situation of the integration of labor education into the“cognition+practice”courses of this major,and explores the way of integrating labor education into the“cognition+practice”courses of urban and rural planning under the new form.Then,put forward relevant methods and countermeasures from three aspects:improving labor awareness,optimizing curriculum system,and innovating labor education methods.
