摘  要:Nitrogen(N),an essential nutrient element in paddy soils,is crucial for rice production.N-cycling in soils is mainly mediated by microorganisms;thus,the potential of N-cycling can be evaluated based on the structure of microbial communities that participated in the N-cycling processes.In paddy soils,biological nitrification and denitrification are the primary processes for N fertilizer use,N loss,and N_(2)O emission.
