摘　　要：随着汽车产业步入“新四化”时代,对具备最新知识体系和专业能力的人才需求迫切。当前国内高校的汽车服务工程专业人才培养模式仍基于传统汽车知识体系,已无法满足汽车产业变革的新需求。文章以“新四化”产业变革带来的汽车行业人才需求变化为基础,探讨汽车专业课程培养体系升级改造措施,建立“三个一”协同创新的专业人才培养模式,包括构建面向产业发展前沿、对接工作任务的专业课程体系;将以老师为中心的专业教学模式转变为学生中心;探索汽车服务工程专业的校企合作新模式,为应用型本科院校的汽车服务工程专业提供人才培养的借鉴和参考。As the automotive industry enters the era of"New Four Modernizations",there is an urgent demand for talents with the latest knowledge system and professional abilities.The current talent training model for automotive service engineering in domestic universities is still based on the traditional automotive knowledge system,which can no longer meet the needs of the automotive industry transformation.Based on the changes in talent demand in the automotive industry brought about by the"New Four Modernizations"industrial transformation,this article explores the upgrading and transformation measures of the automotive professional curriculum training system,and establishes a"Three Ones"collaborative innovation professional talent training model:constructing professional curriculum system that faces the forefront of industrial development and connects with work tasks;Transforming the teacher centered professional teaching model into a student-centered approach;Exploring a new model of school enterprise cooperation for the automotive service engineering major,providing reference and guidance for talent cultivation in applied undergraduate colleges and universities.
