造纸法烟草薄片抄造环节添加植物多糖的应用研究

摘　　要：为研究植物多糖用作湿部助剂对烟草薄片性能的影响,本研究在抄造环节向烟草薄片浆料中添加17种植物多糖,主要探讨了植物多糖对烟草薄片浆料留着率、片基物理性能及卷烟成品感官质量的影响。结果表明,在浆料留着率方面,瓜尔胶(添加量0.8%,相对于绝干浆质量,下同)对浆料留着率提升效果最佳,相比空白样提升了8%;在片基物理性能方面,瓜尔胶对片基的综合物理性能提升效果较明显;在卷烟成品感官品质方面,多糖的添加对烟草薄片卷烟成品的感官品质具有负面影响,其中罗望子多糖(添加量0.5%)负面影响最小。In order to study the effect of plant polysaccharides used as wet end additive on the performance of reconstituted tobacco,this study mainly discussed the effects of plant polysaccharides on the pulp retention rate,base sheet physical properties and cigarette product sensory quality of reconstituted tobacco by adding 17 plant polysaccharides to the pulp in the papermaking process of reconstituted tobacco.The results showed that:in terms of pulp retention rate,guar gum(addition amount of 0.8%by mass fraction)had the best effect on pulp retention rate,which was 8%higher than blank sample;in terms of the physical properties of the base sheet,guar gum had a greater enhance effect on the comprehensive physical properties;in terms of sensory quality of the cigarette product,the addition of polysaccharides had a negative effect on the sensory quality of cigarette product,and tamarind seed polysaccharide(addition amount of 0.5%by mass fraction)had the least negative effect.
