摘 要:为破解机械类专业“知识陈旧未更新、重理论轻实践、创新思维缺乏”的困境,培养中国紧缺的现代机械人才,推进装备制造新质生产力发展,以应用型高校机械类专业任课教师的视角,根据机械类专业主干课程多年实践,通过“体制机制-高端制造-教学方法”创新培养体系,探索从方法理论上改进培养质量,从方向、市场、理念、创新、目标五个维度提出了人才培育建议,为服务地方经济社会发展提供人才培育支撑的建议,为推动机械行业可持续发展提供决策参考。In order to solve the dilemma of“outdated knowledge,emphasis on theory over practice,and lack of innovative thinking”in mechanical majors,cultivate modern mechanical talents in short supply in China,and promote the development of equipment manufacturing new mass productivity.The improvement of training quality was explored from the perspective of method theory,and suggestions for talent cultivation from the five dimensions of direction,market,concept,innovation and goal were put forward,from the perspective of teachers of mechanical majors in applied universities,according to the years of practice of main courses of mechanical majors,through the innovation of“system and mechanism-high-end manufacturing-teaching method”training system,providing support for talent cultivation to serve local economic and social development,and providing decision-making reference for promoting the sustainable development of the machinery industry.
